Sometimes these doodles overwhelm my sense of time. They are scribbles, like lead to paper, but they’ll never wash off. They’ll be there until the end.
This is Linette. She is a keyboardist for a band I photographed recently. This was my favorite shot of the day. I loved the evenness of the wall. It captured both amazing profiles of her hair and the demonstrative facial expression, I caught regularly in other photos throughout the shoot.

Saw him in the cemetery yesterday. What a great mustache! I’m sure his car was a vibrant as the shirt he was wearing. I’d like to see if there was more to this photograph. Did he know, did the photographer know that this photographed moment would be the one preserved in stone?
