This year’s deer looked pretty ragedy. I don’t think it had much of a chance. Funny about Faye, she always sniffed at it, but not the intense way she did for squirrels.
Crazy no? I wanted to collect it’s bones for some still life photography I want to do, but when I went to pick up the first piece the whole remains moved. So i got both hands on it and picked it up and the shape you see hanging on the wall is a result of natural preservation.

A fawn that couldn’t make it over the fence in the cemetery? Or Faye’s favorite place to roll around?
