Hello there,

My name is Melissa Fuxxx and my boyfriend and I are interested in stopping by your open house this weekend.  A bit about us!  We are creatives.  I am in film production as an Art Coordinator and Photographer at Pixar Animation studios over in Emeryville.  I also own my own wedding photography business www.melissxxxxxxxxotography.com.   Josh worked with Clifbar for 7 years and has since moved on to start his own business staixxxxxxxxpany.com.  We are both very familiar with the area- we met and graduated from UC Berkeley in 2006.  I have been at my current home for about 3 years now over on Adeline and Alcatraz living with 2 other good friends in a three bedroom home.  We would be happy to provide you more background- the two of us each have excellent rental history and references.

Josh and I are both super active people- we snowboard and are gone most weekends in the winter- like to have friends over/ cook and barbecue in the summer.  Your home is charming from the photos and looks like it might be a wonderful fit for what we have in mind.
