We saw your post on craigslist about the house on 11th street, and it seemed perfect for our needs. We–Perry, Julia, Ursula, and Abraham–are four recent college graduates, native to the bay area, who are looking for a nice, quaint house. We are all very respectful, quiet, hard-working people who are generally busy but would appreciate a great place to relax at the end of the day. We enjoy sustainable living and good eating (and we’d love to have a garden to tend to), so we’d love to see the house, meet you, and get more details.
