Hello,

My name is Eddie. My fiancé, Louisa, and I are very interested in this sunny house with its amazing urban garden. Lately, we have felt we have outgrown our small apartment in San Francisco and are looking for a home in a nice, quiet neighborhood with more access to soil and sun.

I currently work as a designer at an established design agency in San Francisco. I enjoy gardening and cooking. Louisa is a graduate student at the California Institute for Integral Studies. She is an artist and avid nester. We take great care in making our living spaces into homes and are polite, mindful neighbors.

We have two indoor cats named Owl and Bean. We have two litter boxes — one for each cat — and they are kept consistently clean. The cats have multiple dedicated scratching surfaces and their own tree to climb on. We have never had a problem with them damaging or urinating on the property.
