Good morning! I am interested in your beautiful house for rent. My name is Isa, I am just finishing graduate school in the Bay Area and I am looking for a new home in Oakland. I am a SC native and my family still lives there. I am single and am looking forward to starting my new career in art therapy in the Bay Area. I have a 750 credit score and a bunch of of landlords who can recommend me on my timely rent and clean house. I have a dog, Asha who is with me half time.
