Your house looks lovely, and the yard dreamy!!  My husban, teenage son, and I are looking for a new home.  My husband is an artist, I manage a cafe, and my son is a junior in high school.  We have one very loving, well behaved dog, and I would LOVE to have chickens again!  Please send me the address and open house info.
