My husband and I were looking to relocate from SF, and saw this post and immediately had to reply. I work in Ecommerce, and my husband is a professional chef/restaurant owner in SF. We both work long hours, and when we are home we just like to relax. We’re quiet and neat, and love the lake merritt/grand neighborhood of Oakland. I think this would be the perfect fit for us! Our potential move-in date is Dec or Jan, but we’re really looking for the right place to spend the next few years- we’re hoping this is the right fit!
